Subject: Overstay in the US and applying for Canadian
  Hi there,

I will be very thanks full if somebody can help me sort out with the situation.

Situation.
Japanese citizen lived in US for 2 years, then he was denied to enter US when he tried to come back and got a stamp on US customs
212(a)(7)(A)(i)(1) (According to INA §212(a)(7)(A)(i)(1), any immigrant who, at the time of application for admission:
who is not in possession of a valid unexpired immigrant visa, reentry permit, border crossing identification card, or other valid entry document required by the Immigration and Nationality Act, and a valid unexpired passport, or other suitable travel document, or document of identity and nationality if such document is required under the INS regulations)

He already went to Canada and was studying there for 4 month until october (he has an attendance paper from english school). But he didn´t extend his visa.
And now he wants to come back to Canada to study at college.

Take into account his deportation from the US and that he has already been in Canada, how much is the chance to get study permit? And can all of this cause refusing in getting study permit?

Thank you in advance.

Yes it will affect your study permit application.

In order to Study in Canada you have to fill the IMM1294E form. There are two sections in there where you have to declare your previous address, country and status and there is another section where you have to answer if you have ever been refused on entry into Canada or any other country.

If you choose to lie, you will get caught and charged with misrepresentation and banned from applying or entering Canada for a long time which is not a pretty thing and if you answer with the truth (which is your best option) then you will have to prove to the officer that you are admissible to enter Canada under the current Customs and Immigration act.
