My husbands PRAA was denied and he willingly went back to Jamaica on Sept 27. He bought his own ticket. I´ll be doing the outland sponsorship for him. Will he be required to apply for authorization to re-enter into Canada before the outland spousal can be approved.

Hi Tin tin, Yes just as Roy said. You´ll have to apply for authorization before the out-land gets approved. When did he sent in his PRRA application and which office made the decision. How many months does it takes to get the PRRA decision.
