my investor class case is in process since 2008.my question is can apply for work permit even my first application (investor) is still in process.if yes how much chances would be of getting a visa on workpermit application?looking forward for your reply.....

sorry, I am not very familiar with the investor class and some of the newer rules. hopefully someone else can assist.

Technically you can apply for any kind of visa either visitor´s or a work permit at any time (If you meet the requirements) but your chances of actually getting it are slim to none.
