INTERESTING BLOG SITE U HAVE..
MY SPOUSE (MANILA)RECEIVED 2 LETTERS AUG 15 AND 16,2011 FOR DOCS..SEEMED NORMAL EXCEPT FOR THE REQUEST OF EMBASSY ASKING IN 1 LETTER FOR MY(SPONSOR) DIV PETITIONS (CANADIAN PROV DIV CERT´S WERE GIVEN FROM THE START)...I SENT A REGISTERED LETTER TO EMBASSY WITH CERTIFIED DIV CERT INSTEAD AND STATED UNDER THE PRIVACY ACT I WOULD NOT SEND AS THEY ASKED, SECTION 8...I AM CDN BORN.. I FOUND IT ODD THEY ASK HER AND NOT ME AND HAVE IGNORED ME AS THE REP FOR THE APPLICANT..THEY HAVE NOT RESPONDED TO MY REQUEST OF REPLY AND ACCEPTANCE ALTHO THEY RECEIVED AS ASKED PASSPORT REQUEST AND RENEWED SECURITY...YOUR COMMENTS PLEASE ?..

WHAT WOULD YOU DO (in reply to: FAMILY CLASS-SPONSOR, EMBASSY REQUEST) Better send in whatever they ask even sent before.
During the immigration process, there is lots of room for the state in your bedroom.
Representative? Of course, they can be ignored. Letters can be sent directly to the applicants to the dismay of paid legal certified representative.

1- Who is immigrating YOU or your Wife?
As far as I see, it is your wife so she is the one who is going to be contacted.
2- Are you an authorized representative?
Probably not, otherwise you won´t be asking what you are asking.
So there you go. You are not a representative and the person who is immigrating is your wife. That is why.
