| Subject: Advice For PR Visa |

Any one can give me advice that we have been applying for PR visa and i got my file no. on May 2004 now already completed 7 years. Still we can´t any news from CHC Newdelhi for medical. we are already paid our all fees and further documents on 2008 still we are waiting for medical papers.so CHC could be give PR of whose applying on 2004 ? we can´t going on new rules.If we going on new rules what gauranty it should be done 12months
further my questions is can we going on legal action against CHC ?
please give me advice if some knows

did you receive a letter asking if you wanted to withdraw your application and notification of new rules? If the answer is yes - you have nobody to take legal action with. You chose to remain in line under the old system.
Given the economy, and the current job situation, there is no motivation to quickly clear up any pre-2008 backlog. There is no guess as to how much longer the wait will be.
I would be inclined to get on with your life exactly where you are. Life is too short to be waiting with no assurances that you are going to be better off.
