not 10...at least i know for vietnam it´s 6 years...3 years processing in canada & 3 years processing oversea (singapore for vietnam)

sorry, I just checked the CIC website, 47 months processing time in Canada plus the time processing oversea (from 6 months to 55 months depending on location). So I´m guessing 4.5 years to 8.5 years
