| Subject: CIC lost my immigration papers |

i really help here. i have applied for canadian immigration 2 years before through a immigration office agent.
They sent the documents to CIC for second approval, however the agent says the CIC lost the papers and they are not getting answers from CIC.
the agent has the delivery confirmation of the documents that was sent to CIC.
I have planned whole thing based on the this process.. I am so worried.
Does anybody has gone through same situation and is there any way to get this from CIC?
your input will be highly appreciated.

did CIC lose the documents or did the Consultant not ever send them and just kept your money. I would want to carefully look at the delivery confirmation. Was the application fee cashed?
If you can prove to CIC that they were sent and received, I am thinking they would allow you to resend them.

You can check your application status at https://services3.cic.gc.ca/ecas/?app=ecas&lang=en
You can track your application by its courier or post service.
You may receive a receipt that CIC did indeed receive your application.

yes.. the consultant did receive the approval letter from the CIC and i have the copy of the same.
CIC mentioned they have en-cashed the money.. however the consultant sent the second set of documents a year ago and we did not hearing anything yet from CIC.
Consultant says they have the UPS delivery confirmation.
Only problem is that.. consultant mentioned if CIC could not find the document.. i have to start over again which is ridiculous .. i have been waiting for more than 3 years and spent more than 3000 USD
i am not sure what to do..please help

Plz after three anda a half years i got an update asking for more documents,and then a package asking us to do the medicals, then an email tellingthat we lost the papers resend them again, im done of patience,can anyone help me with a word? Please
