| Subject: Police certificates and clearances - spouse |

I´m working on gathering the documents needed to submit my application to be sponsored by my spouse. I am unsure if the Police certificate and clearance (USA) needs to be included with the initial applications or if I need to provide it at a later time like the medical evaluation?

For spousal sponsorship applications the police certificates and clearances AND also the proof of medical must be included as part of the original application package.
The medical is requested at a later time for parent and grandparent applications. For spousal you must complete the medical in advance.
