Before then, you have to be approved and licensed as an RN.
Each province has different regulations. Check with the province.

Time Period for PR Visa Post Medical Done (in reply to: provincial nominee)
I had applied under MPNP Program in Septembe, 2010 and my medical done on 4th July, 2011. Also submited my Passport to the CIC New Delhi on 5th July, 2011 and currently system showing that we have started process on your application from 7th August, 2011.
Now any one can inform me that when should i expect to get my PR Visa ?"
