Subject: refugee claim to skilled worker |

hi , i came to canada in 2009 as refugee claimant ,lately i had my hearing and my claim has been rejected.i was employed all that time and i was wondering if im eligible to apply as a skilled worker ,my employer told me he will support my application or if ican jus apply for H&C ground! any advice is really apreciated

(in reply to: refugee claim to skilled worker) i did applied as refugee and later was denied. then applied as FSW through CIC Buffalo, NY. Which was rejected/turned down in the interview. Because he asked me that why I filed for Refugee.

(in reply to: refugee claim to skilled worker) i don´t know. talk to Roy on this forum. He might help you. H & C will not prevent deportation. H & C can take from 2 to 12 years to determine the case.

Note: Foreign nationals such as refugee claimants in Canada and workers without status (undocumented) are not eligible to apply under this category.
