I´ve applied for PR on Sept. 2010 and my applications was sent back to me because there was some missing info and that was on Dec. I send it back the on Dec. 2010 and since then I got no answers. My applications was sent to the Buffalo office. first time i sent my papers was to this address 1 HSBC center suite 3000, Buffalo,NY 14203-2884. I received my papers back from 3000 HSBC center, buffalo, NY, 14203-2884 and I sent it back to the same address. I have a friend who had the same issue as me and he got his medical already. people telling me that I have to wait for the whole processing time and if got no answer I can call and check. the processing time now is 13 months as I found online. I´ve emailed the Buffalo visa office couple times and got no answer. Does anyone know what should I do or how can I contact them to know what is going on

Can you tell me how did you apply, do you already have a job in canada, are you presently in usa. under what quota did u apply and how did u apply

I mailed my aplications. I work in canada and I never been to the states. I looked and found that its close to me as I live in Nova Scotia
