Subject: admission in to canada
A million thanks to Mr.Cohen´s law firm we got the PR under the primary applicant of my husband in 2008 and we alllanded together as per the advise ofthe firm and got our PR cards. Then we left canada due to personal/business problems. My son who was already on student visa finished his education and is working now and also applied for his citizenship this year.In between we came to canada in 2009 and stayed for sometime and then returned to USA.Now as I want to come to canada will I face any problem at the airport. My PR card expires in 2013
Please be kind enough to help me,
Sincere thanks,
Hema

Sharon, that´s so rude! Common, people come on forums such as this to ask for advice and all you do is slag them off for no reason.

why is that rude? If Mr. Cohen was so good, why does Hema need to come to a rinky dink immigration forum to ask a basic question about retaining ones status.

730 days in Canada out of the last 5 years. yes, or no. Expiry date on the card is not as important as original landing date.
