hi.. i am a registered nurse from the philippines but currently working as a customer service assistant here in singaporE FOR 2 MONTHS. i would like to ask how will i process my papers. what will be the first step.. i am planning to take my ielts here in singapore on september. I have a cousin in canada.

It´s better to stay in Phillipines than to move to canad as u will never be a registered nurse here. What u will find yourself will be working as a Resident care attendent, which is far far away from the rank of a registered nurse. Rest, it´s up to u to decide.
