Jason Kenny the Minister of Immigration has replaced the regulatory body that regulates Immigration Consultants with the Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council! (ICCRC)
Check to see if your Immigration Consultant is authorized to represent you. http://www.iccrc-crcic.ca/public/membershiplist.cfm
Remember many Immigration Consultants are ex-Immigration Officers and many charge less than LAWYERS and provide equal or superior service.
The Canadian Society of Immigration Consultant were seen to be unsuitable regulatory body by all political parties.
