Good day everyone, I just want to ask if any one put in for PRRA in December 2010. Am just wondering because someone told me that the maximum time to treat prra cases is 6 months. Mine is heading up for the seventh month.I know about two to three months prra. I would like if anyone could shed more light on this issue. I applied through Etobicoke but i got a call from Vancouver that my file is with them. I just sent in another evidence package this week to back up my application. My fingers are crossed and faith rising because i know my prra could fly. I have a very intensive and technical case in this prra. I just hope God will say Amen to it.

I do wish you luck but the BRO is a clearance house with only the word refusal. Hopefully yours will bite them in the butt!
You can keep updating your file until such time as they render a decision.
Decisions are normally rendered at least a month before your called in and told. Negative.
If you want to head to Federal Court to further argue let me know and I´ll recommend someone.

Thank you guys. Roy thanks for the positive words. I will let you know the out come once they call or write me to come for the decision. I´ll keep unfolding the event in no time. With the federal court, i´ll let you know but i know my case would be a positive one. Hhhhahaahaaaa just hoping and trusting in God.

I really don´t know who he´s going to recommend to me.My prayer is to get a direct positive result from Vancouver. I know my God will do just that,because i believe and am trusting in him. Let me know if anyone has a clue or timeline about people that submitted a PRRA application last year December.

wondering what happen with Chantel case, I have a PRRA that still need to file before September 29, 2011. I´m looking to see if anybody around got a positive answer and willing to share the experience, knowing that PRRA has a 97% rejection rate. I´m just trying to learn everything I can from people that went through the same process.

Yes my application is still in process. we all know that the approval rate is very low. I think if you have substantial evidence and proof that your life would be expose to danger, then why not. I have applied for H&C and its almost 10 months since i filed in my PRRA application without any result. I hope my H&C will be take into notice before my PRRA application. I have a good case and solid evidence, but you never can tell. The more you provide them with new proof, the longer your application processing. Make sure you have a proof apart from what you gave to them during your refugee hearing. I was told that my application would be decide in 2 to 6 months. Believe me,its 10 good months now,no decision yet. I wish you good luck. If you have any question, ask me and i´ll try my best. Do you have any other application in aside the PRRA application?

me i have a letter from them . and i apply this july .
4 months and they send me a letter . im in montreal
and this 9 of november is my metting with the officer
to tell me the answer. as soon as i have an answer . i will let you know what hapend.
and please if anybudy alse know a resoult from them pls let me know the answer
my metting is on november 9 wensday at 4 pm .
as i know the mettings supose to be in saturdays 10am to 1 pm
i spoke to many lawyers and informers . and the say my metting is kinda strange. the resoults are to fast and the time is also strange
i hope its a yes

Hi everyone.
I had a few questions regarding PRRA application and I am hoping someone here has the answers.
Is is possible to extend the deadline for submitting the supporting documents from the 15 day limit. Most of my documents are very sensitive and I do not think I will get them on time.
Also, if I mail in documents after the deadline will they consider them before making a decision? Or is it only limited to the documents they receive before deadline.
If anyone can help, please do soon as my deadline is in a few days.

hi. i have prra did not here any thing from them .and it is been almost 30 good months .i dont know should i any imm office.or no. i came from united state imm offical reject my case on border but let me in to canada and now i am in the middle of no where can some one help me that should i call immg offical or no.becouse it is too long .please can some one help with that and i spoke to my layer he say we send them reminder already.doesit take now that long for decsion on that long time may be murder case sloved .
