Is there anyone who apply for H&C grounds in 2009 recieve any news from the Etobicoke cic office recently?

All H&C and PRRA was transferred to Vancouver in Arpil 2010. Your file is with them in BC office..

Dear Mike
Once the decision is made on a file, the applicants receive the letter informing that a decision has been made on the application. In the GTA area, the applicants are called in the GTEC and receive it and sign it there.

Not all H&C applications were transferred to the Backlog Reduction Office. We are getting faxes and e-mails daily from various offices in the GTA that have our clients H&C applications.

Hi Roy, thanks for the information. I only said what the lady in Vancouver said to me early this week.She said ´´All the files was been transferred to Vancouver, but the primary files still remains at the local offices. That Vancouver will make decision on the files.´´
