Subject: PRRA
I´m waiting for a PRRA answer since January 7, 2011. I´m currently working and my boss is willing to help me. Does anybody knows a way she can help me? I don´t know what to do. Is there any application she can do to bring me back in case I have to go back? I´m from Colombia so we asked a lawyer and she said there is nothing we can do, I would like to have a second opinion. PLEASE IF ANYBODY KNOWS SOMETHING LET ME KNOW ASAP before I have to go THANKS.....

What you have to do is leave the country and go back to Colombia.

Your employer can help you out in obtaining an arrange employment document from HRDC. Then you may apply for your PR status if you qualify from abroad along with an ARC and come back to Canada.

You know that the PRRA is not going fly. All you are doing is avoiding the unavoidable.
