  To All

When one seeks Immigration advice it is there duty to research the person offering that advice.

Experience in your personal area of concern has to be the most important factor. If you were referred by a friend or family member it is still your duty to ask all necessary questions prior to retaining an adviser. CSIC membership numbers start with the year they became a member. This information is found in the InLand manuals IP9.

The second most important factor is reputation so seek out additional references of that particular adviser. Get references from persons who have had their situation resolved by that particular adviser.

To locate a quality representative in your area has never been easier so google, google and google some more.

Try to hire an authorized representative who will actually care about the situation you feel needs to be resolved. Retaining someone who will actually do the work themselves on your file is invaluable.

So what is the option Anonymous?, to open and office and work for free?

What is the purpose of your comment?I only see two options, you either do it for free or your charge for it.
Your comment doesn´t make any sense.

You go to a place for lunch, what is the reason? You expect a good lunch, get what you ordered and at the end you pay for the service. The restaurant wants to make money. It is called business.

I am starting to really like you DocD, LOL

I wrote this and posted this because I am sick and tired of speaking with potential client´s who have been led to the edge of the cliff and pushed over.

Today one client got Landed who had done everything possible to get Landed including going to their MP - CL spouse is Canadian.

It took one fax from our office to resolve the matter. They gave me permission to release information about their file but not here.

I got eleven e-mails from a potential client of a similair situation then the Sponsor backed out even though I gave references and he spoke to the client I referred to about above.

Some people can not see the nose on their own face and just keep paying with no results.

My prices are below average and my success rate is better than average.

Too many would rather drift for ever then cause the slightest ripple in their boat even if they are right.

ALL I KNOW IS..... if my wife and child was stuck in a foreign country for 2 1/2 years after a positive marriage interview I would be looking for a rocket launcher not a pea shooter.

Get A Life

The protector of those seeking Immigration advice, so why are you here? Do you answer posts and help those seeking advice?

Why don´t you do an access to information and see how many Ministerial Instructions files to the Central Intake Office were rejected this year already. Just google my name with the word Immigration and see how many I have helped this year already. Do you want references I provide same.

Well get-a-life know your facts first before being critical.

I can prove I win my clients cases. Can you???

Don´t fret yourself over my business going bankrupt I´m working seven days a week and just renovated the office. LOL

If dealing with CBSA & CIC was as simple as you imply, there would be no one asking a question on this forum on how to do something or what will happen if.....

If dealing with CBSA & CIC was as simple as you imply, there would be no need for the 2000+ authorized Immigration Consultant´s nor the 1,500 LSUC Paralegals nor the 5,000 Immigration Lawyers from all provinces and territories.

Your not helping so GET A LIFE!!!!

Being able to read and write at your level would not be sufficient to get a passing grade!!!

I suggest you take the IELTS to prove me wrong.

At least proof read what you write in your post when telling others that all they need to do is to read and write plus sign their name to get approved by CIC.
