What options do we have to pay landing fee within Canada (h&C PR case)? I got medical request yesterday and I also want to pay now landing fee.
I tried to pay online but they ask which office should i send this fees?
or
Should I just pay at the bank and give the receipt to local cic office?

Right of Permanent Resident Fee is applicable to any person at least 22 years old. Please submit a money order or certified cheque in the amount of 490 $, payable to the Receiver General for Canada. NOTE: Receipts (IMM5401) from financial institutions are not acceptable at local immigration centre and will be returned to you bla bla.

H&C approved in principle around April 15th, 2011.
Medical request on May 30th, 2011.
