so, i am a refugee who received a protection person status almost 4 years ago with my 3 children, a week ago CBSA sent me a letter requesting us to bring all our documents and attend an interview with them, i read that the agency is for removal of refugees and such, now i am freaking out because of that, we haven´t really done any thing wrong and the document for protected person stated that we won´t be removed unless we commit to a crime...what do you think is happening? we called them and asked but they won´t tell us a thing, and we asked for some professional advice, they were like CBSA will put you in a holding centre and deport you..i don´t know what is going to happen, any one got an idea?

You know your in trouble, serious trouble and you should not pretend to be a perfect little angel. Do you have some monster hiding under your bed?

This is a serious fishing expedition on CBSA part. They think they have something and are looking for evidence to vacate your protected persons status.

(Four years) have passed and your still not Landed and you think all is normal?

We had a client force a hearing because they were n investigating him for seven years with no action. CBSA took him to a vacation hearing after I cc´d the media. The Ministers Counsel was found to have misrepresented the evidence. The member clearly stated that the government had not presented ANY credible evidence.

My advice to you is to go seek out quality, experienced counsel who will act on your behalf like a pit bull.

Remember when answering questions never do so unless you clearly understand the question. To respond with a question when unsure is totally acceptable.
