| Subject: Can I work in Canada with OPW but visitor visa? |

Hi.
I´ve been trying to find an answer for months now... I´ve called CIC but they always give me different answers.
I hold a valid open wprk permit but my visa has already expired... now I got an OPW and I want to go back to my country for a Vacation, I haven´t been back since I started working in Canada 3 years ago.
I understand that you can´t work if you hold a visitor visa but is there ant expemptions in my situation?? meaning I apply for a visitor visa to enter canada but I still can work??
I´m also under the implied status, I applied for permanent residence and open work permit at the same time and I already have the OPW.
Does the fact that I leave Canada and come back affects my implied status for permanent resident?
PLEASE PLEASE I BEG YOU FOR HELP!!!

Your PR in process. (Inland or oversea? Where to land?)
Your visitor visa has expired. (multiple entry?)
You have an open work permit. ( Does it confer temporary resident status?)
In order to go on vacation and to come back to Canada, you need a valid visitor visa, but there is no guarantee you´d be allowed to enter Canada.
