Hi
I received offer letter to join Toronto office of one of the Major IT and Management consultany company. I will be joining sometime in August2011( depends upon when i get work permit). I was wondering if i can file PR on the basis of offer letter or shall i file after going to Canada. It will save around 2-3 months if i file right now.
Presently i am in US .
Would appreciate inputs.

That offer letter from the employer doesn´t really mean anything. Unless you get an arrange emplopyment letter from Human Resources Development of Canada.
Your employer has to do 90% of work regarding AE.
