Today i checked the online status of my case and it shows that A decision has been made and you will be contacted.
I applied under h & C and there were some risk factors in my case. I applied PRRA 5 months ago.
What should i expect???? I am very afraid!
The message on cic web about my case is as follows:

Your going to get a letter to come in to the Local Office to get your decision.

It will not state it is a PRRA decision or an H&C decision but just a decision has been reached.

Think positively and hope for the best.

If negative you need to do a JR of the decision. Quality Legal Counsel in London to do Fed. Court Applications????

If you need a recommendation let me know.

I know a person who won a stay at Federal Court one day because she faced irreparable harm and the CIC Officer refused the H&C the next day stating no Unusual, Undeserved or Disproportionate Hardship.

Try to stay positive. All is not lost!

Congratulations (in reply to: Roy Please Please ------ H & C with risk & PRRA)
It took 8 years to reach the approved in principal.

Now the stage two, but how long will it take until the application is finalized.

The landing interview, when is it going to be?

Patel, you may undergo medical exam soon, be asked to submit the right of permanent residence (landing fee) and new photos for the PR card and copies of your passport, if not, a letter that states that why you cannot obtain one, and police clearance from the countries you lived more than 6 months in a row and a RCMP fingerprint etc. ALL THE BEST!
