Subject: Marriage fraud accomplice
  Hello ,

My question is :
What could happen to a permanent resident who entered into a ungenuine marriage just to make some money ? Can they be denied their Permanent Resident status and get deported as well ?

Is it possible to happen as described on this site :
http://canadiansagainstimmigrationfraud.com/Law.php

I have read alot of forums regarding immigration maters , unfortunately I did not find the answer I was looking for .
I know there are a lot of people who lie to Canadian citizens/permanent reisdents , they are in love with in order to get their ticket to Canada , but after they get their paper they run away and if you can prove they lied to you there are a some chances they get deported .

Please help where can I make report regarding a Permanet Resident who is involved in this business , I have all the evidence , like money transfers , email conversations and so on ...

If you´re in GTA area, pay a visit to the Greater Enforcement Centre and have a talk with an officer.

My question is why do you wish to open a can of worms?

I was an adviser to W5 when they did their story on marriage fraud. They used an example of a white woman going to Africa to learn African dance and how she got tricked by a drummer.

I was also on Mike Duffy live with the now Immigration Minister with a client who sponsored a guy from Cuba. His best friend ran away from his sponsor so I suggested pulling the sponsorship but she refused. All she wanted was her money back that she spent on the wedding and trips visiting him.

It is all about the quality of evidence. You may know that the marriage between A & B is bogus but proving same is another hurdle.

Visiting GTEC will not do anything and they have no time to sit down with you and hear your evidence. Write it down and fax Ottawa CBSA that deals with bogus marriages but expect little in return!

which rule is he breaking? - there are rules about discussing other companies (especially when the comments are negative) but none against talking about your own business.

Given the amount of help Roy offers for free around here the least he should be able to do is show his own website address.

As for the rest of your fantasy... get over yourself.

To All

I do not have a functioning Lap Top right now and I got rid of Bell and thought I was getting Primus but that has not gone well. Therefore I was using my sons Mac wifi and stealing the neighbors Internet until mine gets back up.

I was quoted in the Globen Mail that proving a bogus marriage if you have money is easier than proving a real marriage if your short of funds. That is why W5 contacted me.

Toronto immigration consultant Roy Kellogg, a former immigration officer, said the challenge for officials is
that the most suspicious marriages may actually be the most genuine. Couples with little money often use phone
cards to make calls and cannot afford lavish weddings or photos, leaving them with slim evidence of a long
courtship. Meanwhile, couples with lots of money can stage elaborate but phony wedding ceremonies overseas
and sail through the process.

All I can say is Boo Hoo to those that are in the same business as me and can not get near the clients I get. If you want to post before me win a case!

If you want to answer something be correct or advertise in print that no one reads anymore.

If you can not help go away and stop being jealous!
