No status as status is revoked for misrepresentation of whatever facts.
Given PRRA,i am on welfare(Social Assistance) but have 2kids born here.
is there a chance or just pack and leave?
Cant buy my ticket though.
1.welfare
2.disease(Hiv)
3.misrepresented
What are my chances?if no chance then i will just pack and leave but there is some little chance i will wait....Any replies?

At this point you have one foot on the plane already.
Even an H&C application in, will not prevent your deportation or defered your removal from Canada.
It would make things easier if you leave on your own other than wait until CBSA removes you from the country.

It is real hard to show any compassion for those who lie poorly and are on welfare at Tax time especially seeing what we have to pay CRA.

I too misrepresented,my status was vacated and given PRRA but i saw it as a waste of time.Indeed i could have find another way to stay here in Canada but i did not want to.I even went to see ROY at cvimmigration and he was there to help me when my angry wife closed our joint account and could not get money to deal with that and still here pending my departure.I wrote a formal letter of apology to Canada and the Canadian people of my lies and how regretful i am.I lied becos of my wifes plans that was not known till i found out the reason we stayed here under that lies.Once i found out,i never wanted to stay but i have kids with her that i cant leave them behind so she started battling in family court to delay our time here and still spend tax payers cash.My next court date is on the 28th which i am going to aske the judge to let us all leave the country and stop eating,stealing tax payers cash and deal with all family issues in our home country.
Canada i LOVE,CAnada i adore but i will want to stay here truthfully and not with lies.
I will say,ROY was very warm when i met him,i liked his way of trying to help me but again i believe its time to let it go and start it all over.
If my angry wife continues family court issue,i will just involve the PRESS for the sake of my kids who currently have no status here at all.

Don´t worry stay on welfare they are not going to deport you, cause they will look at your chidren and your HIV. immiigration WILL HOLT THE DEPORTATION BECAUSE YOU ARE HIV...goto Amnesty international(LOOK AT IT IN WHITEPAGES) IN toronto and they will hold your deportation they will appoint legal lawyer and by the time your children grew up they will FORGET AND forgive you.
