I entered Canada a couple of years ago as a visitor, I want to stay in Canada and I don´t want to leave. I was wondering if anyone could help me. I am working here as a construction worker (illegally).
I am willing to pay for assistance, I will do anything.

(in reply to: Please help, I'm here Illegall!) Never ever give out your e-mail address even a HotMail account.
Longest illegal we were successful with was 18 years illegal.

What's the next step? (in reply to: Please help, I'm here Illegall!) What should I do next?
I hear the easiest way to get PR is to make a refugee claim?
What´s the easiest way to get status?

I'm scared (in reply to: Please help, I'm here Illegall!) I´m scared that if I call, he might report me to Immigration. I´m willing to talk by email.
Canada Border Guards might come pick me up...something I don´t want to risk.

Why do you just go home, apply for a PR status like everyone else and immigrate legally to Canada? Before you get removed. It is matter of time.
Don´t worry about a consultant reporting you, I can´t see that happening.
Roy´s example is not the greatest. It is easier to keep a person in Canada under H&C that has been living illegaly here for 18 years than a construction worker that only has been here 2 years.
The reasons are basically two:
1- You don´t qualify as a refugee, if your live was truly in danger in your homeland, you would have applied ages ago not until now.
2- H&C? Yeah right! prove it!
3- Get a work permit, that might be it, however you are still have to leave Canada and re-enter.
