Subject: online fee payment error |

Hi there,
I have my application together for immigration to Canada. I paid the fees online. When I clicked on the receipt link, I got a page that said this service is unavailable at this time. But the payment had been confirmed. The amount has been taken out of my account, but I still don´t have a receipt to prove I´ve paid. The office in Sydney has only an automated answering service, and I´m not allowed to call the Canadian offices because I´m applying from outside Canada. Does anyone have advice on how to deal with this problem? I´m hoping to apply as soon as possible.
