My husband and I waiting for the answer from our spouse sponser applaction. My husband was deported , (he was NEVER in canada illegal:)
after a failed humatirian case. When he is accecpted, will he have the same social incurance number he had when he was prev living in canada?

(in reply to: SIN # question) A Social Insurance Number that begins with 9 means that the holder is neither permanent resident (landed immigrant nor Canadian Citizen.
If you are a PR, you must apply for a permanent SIN.

(in reply to: SIN # question) well when he was in canada before on his other case with his SIN # (that did start with 9) he leased a computer.... he still ows money on it... what happens to the bad credit he had from that? will it be attached to his new card/number?
