Subject: Failed refugee
Hi, I am a failed refugee claimant and I was deported back to my Country in 2009. I have my girlfriend over their and she wants to come and marry me, so here are my questions.

1) Can she sponsor me?
2) I was told that I need to write a letter and pay a fine, how do u go about doing that?
3) What do I have to do? Do i have to send this letter and fee before she send in her sponsorship? or can I send all the documents together?

thanks in advance..

Did you buy your own flight ticket back to your country or CBSA buy one for you?

What are the conditions in terms of your chance of returning to Canada such as 2 years of ban(exclusion order) or lifetime ban(deportation order)?

Anonymous your beyond upsetting me with your responses and not answering the question. If you can not answer or are ignorant do not answer a post.

Here is some information http://www.cvimmigration.com/authorization-to-return-to-canada.html plus www.cic.gc.ca and search Operational Manuals and read, read, read.

Adviser they say that Assumption is the melody of making ppl look like fools and that is what u are looking like to me..

Now to Mr Roy while I do appreciate this forum and ur expertise as well with the time you have taken to answer prospective clients questions I must say that your response leave me amused.I am sure that you are well versatile in the English language.

You asked if I bought my ticket which I replied in the affirmative. You asked if I any order impose on me ie exclusion order etc, I replied by saying that I am not AWARE of any; now please what part of that did u not understand?

I was called in for a PRRA, I was told that it was denied and I have 30 days to leave the Country,I agree I buy my own ticket and return within 2 weeks, which I did at the enforcement center.Date of departure I collected my travel document at Pearson airport which was seized upon my arrival to my destination country. I was given a envelope which contain my ID card and no other documents.

Hope that helps!
