| Subject: H&C whiles PR in progress |
Can one apply for H&C whiles his/her application for PR is still in progress?
This is because the PR may not be approved(reasons are clear)due to some facts and i am told to apply for H&C.The question is,is it possible to convert a pending PR in process application to H&C?

This is a really unusual question.
What type of PR application do you have in process? If there are real unusual, undeserved or disproportionate hardship it might be helpful but without knowing what type of PR application you have in process no one can answer your question.
