Subject: Visa Processing Centre
  Hi,

I am a South African citizen applying for the Family Class visa for Permanent Residence in Canada. My wife and I were married in 2010, in Toronto, but I applied out of country, from Seoul, South Korea, where I am on a working visa.

We have had some delays, and so will only be posting our application to Missisauga in about two weeks. I have listed Seoul as the Processing Centre where I would like my case to be handled, but my Korean visa is running out. It will expire in about three months.

My question is, will Seoul be considered valid, or will Immigration look at the time period left and move my case to Johannesburg, South Africa? I worry about this because Seoul is a much quicker processing centre than Johannesburg.

Thanks
Harry
