Pls advise if any commercial courier would be appropriate to use in sending off our application to Nova Scotia over Postal Service or USPS? I´m actually a student in the US and had decided to nominate Manila as our VO, country of nationality. Also, I saw a reply in one of the quiries abt what size of envelope to use for the supporting docs. Manila VO did not specify anything, is it correct to think that any size bigger than 9x12 can be used, our supporting docs are almost 1" thick and would definitely tear-off CIO´s approved size. Appreciate all help we could get for next week´s submission.

You can use whatever you like to send your application to Nova Scotia.
You can use any size of envelope for your application purpose.
