Subject: Background Check
  The visa office has requested finger prints for RCMP check. On average how long does a background check take for an outland spousal sponsorship. The person being sponsored lived in Canada before for about 10 yrs prior to removal and only lived in country of birth prior to & since that.

Secondly - What is the difference between a criminal check & a security check?
