Now lets see if the government and the IRB treat him equally as defined in the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms!

Will he have to wait two years to get a Refugee Hearing?

I doubt it!

If they rush him through the system it will be just another Federal court challenge!

Well CBC Radio Canada was interested enough in the story to contact me yesterday. They wanted to know the process of the refugee claim and if I had any information as to who this guys authorized representative was in Montreal!

This story and the unrest in many Arab countries is just as big a story as the fall of the Berlin wall.

Politics are for ever changing and they are changing so fast in these days.

You think like the former leader of Tunisia and the current leader of Eygpt or has he already fallen?

Democracy rules and no other government with their dirty tricks are involved.

Power to the people!

You want to be heard and read and be in control but your comments are so illogical.

If you would have commented on the process by the IRB by defending the speedy process or opposing the speedy process than your reply would be logical.

When others find my comments interesting then you pounce on them.

I do not only read and watch the news I interpret the news based on my experience will help others. This site gets about six residency posts per month every month for years.

The fact that several media outlets have contacted me regarding this story and the speedy time line as well the process these Tunisian´s will face or should face means the media do not consider you important but thanks for drawing attention to this post.

I never said I was an important person or a smart guy I was drawing attention that the media was very interested in my posting.

Thanks again for keep drawing attention to my posts!

Upset with Sharon for saying she is interested in the post after you try to jump on me for the post is silly. Maybe you should really take her advice towards you.

Now you post that others are not interested in my postings then why do I get asked questions and you don´t? Just wondering why your here?
