If given an Authorization to Return to Canada, under a Deportation Order, does this rid the order off one´s name?

(in reply to: ARC) When one applies for an ARC based on a spousal sponsorship they would become Permanent Residents and the answer is YES!.
If one applies for an ARC to give a speech at a particular University for one day only the answer is NO!
ARC´s can be granted for a particular special reason and the ARC may be issued with restrictions.

(in reply to: ARC) Interesting. Thank you Roy.
The reason for my Deportation Order:
As a US citizen (no criminal record), I was seeking to move to Canada without a Residential visa (with intentions of gathering these essential permits durring my visit), an Exclusion Order was placed for this.
Before my drive back home, I had taken a rest stop. Shortly after, with pure intentions of driving back to my home (post excusion order - still in a bit of shock, while driving through some of the worst weather conditions I have ever driven in, with much rain and fog that night, and already ill vision. Having not re-configured the GPS navigational device, I then found myself right back at the port of entry. A Deportation Order was then placed, the following morning.
The worst experience of my natural life.

(in reply to: ARC) If one is authorized with certain restrictions, can one still be eligible for a residential visa?
