I do not know Muinr Riasat personally. Nor do I believe I have ever heard of him or met him.
From looking at his web site I found he has been a certified consultant since 2004 when CSIC was created.
I note his web sites says this, "Munir is well known and recognized as an expert in all areas of Immigration".
(EXPERT) is a no, no! Certified Consultants or CSIC Members are not allowed to refer to themselves as experts or specialists.
Understand just because I personally have never heard of him means little. As I have stated here many times I do not consider myself an expert in (any area) of Immigration.
What I can say is most really good representatives find their niche and know that area inside, out, up and down. I personally love Spousal Sponsorships, Spousal Appeals and H&C applications especially if the applicant is an Un-Wed Mother.
