| Subject: How to get out of Canada? |

Most of the people in this forum asking how to get into Canada, but I want to know how to get out of Canada.
so I´m illegal here, I have a good job ,making and saving good money, but one day I have to go back home, and which way I should take. So. I want to show you my cards. I´m from the country who needs visa, and I never had one, already been deported, and I come again, my passport expired.
so as you see I have a bad record here, and I´m not thinking about legal immigration into Canada, because I have already bad record .
First option: go to immigration center, one week in detention center, and get free ride .
and in total taxpayers has to pay $5000 to $6000 to bring me home.
Second option: I´d buy my own ticket and it´s going to cost me $1000
So my questions are:
• can I board a plane with expired passport and its direct flight to my home country? Are they(CBSA) going to stop me, arrest me, even I leaving this country?
• or maybe I should go to my embassy and get some kind of return document?
So what do you think folks?

It is a very easy thing to do.
1- Go to your embassy and get a new passport. CBSA will not arrest you at the airport when you are boarding a plane to leave Canada. You need a valid passport though, most airlines won´t let you board the aircraft with an expired passport.
2- Buy your own ticket and you board the plane and leave Canada.

only i don´t know how to explain in the embassy what i´m doing in Canada without visa?
what should I lie to them to get passport or travel return id?

Wait a minute, you said you have job and earnings... I would say hang around some more and maximize your savings, so to say, before embarking on return trip. Since everything has expired, it should bother ya if you stay a couple more years and haul more dough. It would be so much more easy back there! More cash never hurt anyone.

Your embassy can´t care less what your status in Canada is. Even if you tell them that you are illegal there is nothing they can really do, call CBSA? not likely the agency is not that lucky. Just ask them for a passport and leave.

Well, go to your embassy and tell them that you lost your passport and your PR card in a fire or somebody stole them from you... Tell them that you are waiting for your new PR card and you need a passport to fly to your country for an emergency, as soon as you get the PR card :) . and don´t make us pay for your trip :P

if you lost passport and PR card, then you need police report. just go to your embassy and ask them to renew your passport. they might give you some harsh words, but they will renew it. don´t do anymore against the law.
