| Subject: deportation of a person with PR status |
Can someone be deported ( with PR status, legally married in the Philippines) because of issues concerning having illegal affair and living in together? Both are working in the same company. I know that Canada is very strict regarding family code. TIA

because I was told by a friend that his brother (with PR status) got deported from canada and sent back to the philippines because of this issue

I think you might have been consumming too much New Year cheer!
The government has no place in the bedroom of their citizens let alone PR bedrooms.
