Common Sense People!
Family Reunion Case means.......?
How can you people say these things without knowing why and who was refused.
Is Alex talking about his immediate family wife and children or his parents with one or two of his siblings?
Family Reunion can mean all kinds of things and sometimes it is better to withdraw and not appeal but that depends on personal circumstances.
Alex go to any authorized representative and research if they are experienced, will provide plenty of references, be able to show you decisions that their name is on and can assist you with your personal situation. If their pitch is not logical try again.
If it is a medical refusal or a 117 (9) (d) it is better to walk away or fix the medical issue and reapply.
