Subject: Need help with ARC
  Hello all,

Need advise with how to write ARC, so Embassy ask to justify my return to Canada.

My husband lives in Toronto, we are married for 3 years and have 2 year son together. I do not have any idea, only that I what to live with my husband there. Sorry if my question is stupid,Im lost.

Been in Canada,my departure order become deportation. Left Canada in 2006 and I paid my ticket go back. Lost refugee status. Now married to Canadian Citizen, for 3 years already and we have together kid, 2y.o. Immigration ask to justify my return back to Canada. Thats all.

Your esteemed husband needs to sponsor you so you can return. Since your kid was born in Canada (my guess), he/she needs no further paperwork than the birth certificate. Others may give you better advice than me, wait on....

When a person is subject to a deportation order they can never return here unless they first obtain an Authorization to Return to Canada (“ARC”) in addition to obtaining whatever temporary or permanent visa they may require. It has been my experience that if a visa officer concludes that an applicant otherwise qualifies for an immigrant visa (i.e. they have the necessary points etc. to qualify for our skilled worker category) then an ARC would be issued so that the person can be landed.

Or read the manuals NEVER pretend as if you deserve an ARC you did something wrong and make sure you say sorry, BIG TIME!
