MONTH AGO ... IMMIGRATION SENT A LETTER AND GAVE ME 30 DAYS ONLY TO SUBMIT MY PRRA AND UPDATE MY INFOMATION. I APPLIED FOR H&C 4 YEARS AGO.
SO NOW A MONTH AGO THEY SENT ALETTER ASKING ME TO UPDATE MY INFO WITHIN 30 DAYS AND THERE WILL BE no Extension after 30 days.
MY QUESTION?
1) HOW LONG AFTER THIS SUBMISSION I GET MY DICISION?
2) ARE THEY GOING TO CALL ME FOR INTERVIEW OR DICISION WILL BE MADE BY ONE PERSON?
3) WHATS IS THE CHANCES IF YOU APPLIED TO H&C AND YOUR FILE SENT FOR PRRA TO SUCCEED?
4) WHAT I SHOULD DO IN CASE POSITIVE OR NEGATIVE RESPONSE

Common sense rules because compassion is common sense.
There is a NEW Refugee Appeal Division being introduced so they are trying their utmost to resolve the oldest H&C applications by calling the person to the PRRA and asking them to update their H&C application at the same time.
What are the chances------who did your H&C and is it common sense based on an Unusual, Undeserved or Disproportionate Hardship without risk.
Is their any NEW evidence to show that you would face a risk to your life or cruel and unusual punishment?
CBSA will call you in to render a decision and will not tell you which category a decision has been reached in. Either you show up or move under a bridge with Trolls and earn nothing until your caught.
If you are successful you wait for Landing if NOT go home the game is over.
Chancce of winning an application to the Federal Court is very, very low.
