Subject: why have a temp ARC provision
I am wondering why the CIC has a temp ARC provision if they do not ever grant it or that it is rare!? The consulate clerk in Seattle outright told my common law husband there is no point in applying, that it is a waste of money. He fulfills the requirements and conditions of the OP 1. So can someone just give me a reason? besides the old "he broke the rules, he must pay" answer. In any fair system even for a traffic violation there is room to argue or present a case.

What is your problem because for some reason you can not see common sense.

You let on he is a PERFECT little angel.

Check the processing times.

37 Days for Mississauga CPC to approve you as a sponsor. Then probably another 8 - 12 months depending if it is Seattle or others consulate.

NOW (IF) he was half way around the world that it would cost you a fortune to visit every couple of months etc. then you would have a reason to whine BOO HOO my hubby has been wronged.

The Consulate told your partner it is not worth your time to apply and they explained it but you ask here again, and again, and again.

Wait your turn. Go down to Washingtons State and play house and hopefully it will put a smile on both your faces.

Common sense is a reason to show compassion and your whining story is so not worthy.

On Monday at 13:00 Hrs I have a Full Spousal Appeal where two Visa Officers claimed the applicant was Forthcoming, Credible and Sincere and it was clear to two seperate Officers that the marriage was genuine and that they BOTH recommended an ARC yet the third Officer refused the marriage R4 for not being genuine and refused the ARC.

FOUR YEARS AGO! Three seperate spousal Interviews.

Then you whine about a month being seperated.

Be grateful he is only a couple hours drive away.

nasty not necessary (in reply to: why have a temp ARC provision)
first you judge without knowledge of what you speak of. I wanted to understand the law not my case. I have accepted my case I am someone who is wanting to try to understand. Why do they have the provision of temp. ARC if it is not really accessible. My case has NEVER been explained to you or anyone on the forum so I do not know where you get off being so rude. Sorry to hear you are a bitter person. I ma trying to understand is all. Is this how you vent your anger by judging strangers? get a life

no way to get clients ROY (in reply to: why have a temp ARC provision)
perhaps you should be reported for your lack of professional demeanour...you actually represent clients? Change jobs...because you are jaded and abusive.

confused, you want special treatment - why? you want CIC to change their policies for you - why? then someone tells you the truth - bluntly, but your post can only be answered bluntly. Now you think blunt answers should be punished? really. Did you pay Roy? Didn´t think so.

Keep beating your head against the wall.

not special treatment (in reply to: why have a temp ARC provision)
I am not looking for special treatment. I just want someone to explain why there is a temp ARC provision if it is not used...that is all? Can you people not read the request. Who said I wanted CIC to change policies?..my god can no body read here. I just want CLARIFICATION...why is there the provision if it is not offered? If you do not know than that´s OK...rude, discurteous answers are the "truth"? This forum is just a sham...trolls looking for clients I get it!
