THIS IS THE LETTER:
This refers to your application for permanent residence from within Canada on H&C GROUNDS.
Your H&C APPLICATION HAS BEEN FORWARDED TO THE TORONTO PRRA UNIT. AND NOW WILL BE processed by single decision maker. The PRRA officer is the department risk expert. And as such will assess your application taking into consideration the elements of risk that you cited in your application. As well non risk factors as it relate to hardship.
This is s2 steps decision making process.
First H&C FACTORS ARE ASSESED to decide whether to grant you and exemption from certain legislative requirements to allow your application for permanent residence to be processed from within Canada.
Second you must meet all other requirements such as medical and security and passport consioderations and arrangement for your care and support the second decision made if you received an exemption.

I RECEIVED A LETTER AND I AM NOT SURE WHY I WAS TRANSFERED TO DIFFRENT OFFICE, BESIDE WHO EVER WROTE THE LETTER DID NOT PUT HIS NAME
MY QUESTION
I applied 4 years ago for H&C IN MISSISSAUGA AND I FIND MY SELF TRASFERED TO NEW OFFICE WITHOUT ANY NOTICE. ALSO THIS IS THE ONLY LETTER I GOT FROM IMMIGRATION THERE WAS NO APPLICATION FOR PRRA
PLEASE HELP EXPLAIN THIS MISTERY.

Where did you send your H&C to 4 years ago?
Mississauga immigration office or Vegreville, Alberta?
Where did you live 4 years ago? And now?

Why there was no name for the officer who sent this letter !!!
As far i know someone transferred the file without my knowledge or the lawyer knowledge!!!

I´m not an expert, but I know that your application on humanitarian and compassionate grounds does require a detailed review by an officer. I´m fairly certain that that´s what the PRRA is. These guys invest a fair amount of time researching your situation to determine whether or not you would be in danger if returned to your country.
This is a common procedure, so don´t be alarmed, just have another look at this letter. On your letter, there is likely a phone number and/or a case number. Also, there might be an address in the letterhead. You should try to contact this office with this information to clarify what is expected of you. If you can´t find this information, re-visit the office where you initially submitted your application to ask for help.
Basically, your case has been moved to the next step in the process and they want you to update your information. I know the legal-speak is frustrating, but try to be calm. It´s best if you try to satisfy these requests as politely as possible.

do you have risk factors in you h & c application? if so, that´s the reason your application forwarded to GTEC office.

Thankz guys for the information... still i wanna know what information to update.
WHEN I FILED my application i included all the information they need i guess maybe they found its ligit case and they needed more update. but like what? there are nothing to add its their.
last thing how much time usually it will take to get a response from them?
