| Subject: Parental sponsorship in Quebec |

Hi,
Does anybody know how is the timeline for parental sponsorship from Quebec?
I´ve sent my application to Mississauga in Feb 2009 and received the confirmation letter in May 2009. But immigration office tell me I should wait 38 months! Since the main processing to approve my application is done in Quebec do I really need to wait for Mississauga this long?
Can I send the rest of necessary documents and continue my application in Federal instead of Quebec? It seems for Quebec it takes much longer this way!
