Hello!
First, let me say that this blog is great! thanks for the hard work!
I have a question. I have been an international student in the US for 4 years now and applied for permenanet residence under the Federal Skilled Worker program back on June 3 of this year. I sent my application to Sydney, Nova Scotia but until today have not received any sort of acknowledgement of receipt.
I did, however, check my account online and it looks like they did process the payment on August 26. Today is September 27 and still no answer!
Any help with this and any thoughts about how long this might still take will be greatly appreciated.

So what happens after? will I receive a letter from Sydney or from the Canadian Consulate in Buffalo?
If Sydney sends a notice indicating that my file has been transfered to Buffalo and that I will need to wait for Buffalo to send me a letter specifying the required documents, what would be an approximate wait time before Buffalo contacts me?
