your skills are not currently on the list for immigration, therefore, your only option is to find yourself a job offer. I have to be honest, I have 4 graphics designers call my office in the last 2 weeks looking for work.
See if the company you are with has an office in Canada. Perhaps they will transfer you. Otherwise, don´t waste your time.
