Subject: Canadian Immigration
I am going to apply for canadian immigration on spouse base. I have two questions to ask...

First one, regarding my educational certificates...Is that necessary to send my my original certificates with my immigration documents or the CERTIFIED educational transcripts are enough?

Second one is regarding my calling records, unfortunately i didnt maintain my calling records but my wife in canada have kept her record regarding her calls to me...Is her record enough for the case??? I have a record for last two three months only

Please suggest and help

The immigration act states in section 16 that the Officer can ask for anything that they may reasonably require to make a decison.

It is your obligation to prove your marriage so get to work Stop focusing on the negative about not having your own phone records and look for additional things not requested that could prove your marriage is genuine.

Think positive
