Hi , I and my family already had the PR card received last July 2010.However, my husband with whom I am having unresolved conflict at this time have the PR cards. Regarding the travel document, if I apply for that can I use it to re-enter Canada and will I be able to request for another PR card for me and my child while I am there? Can I ask the Canadian immigration to use my child´s Filipino passport to re-enter instead of the Lebanese passport she used when we activated our permanent resident status? please help me.thanks a lot.

I was landed immigrant in 2005 with pregnant wife.after that we got birth of baby boy in canada.after that we return back to Home country due to father´s health problems. Now after 5 years, we would like to retrun back to canada. for that i would like to apply for travel document.My question is that:
1. On humanitarian ground, do cic will issue travel document?
2. After reaching there in canada based on travel document, i have to apply for PR card again. what time it will take to issue PR card?
3.I & My wife are stying with my canadian Boy. Do our stay with canadian boy count the days spent with canadian citizen for residency obligation?
Pls advice.
