Subject: Canada PR
I am married with 2 children and my spouse don´t want to cooperate with me to apply canadian PR. Can I apply for myself and children alone? Do I need to get a NOC(No objection) from my spouse if myself and my children are granted a VISA? Can I exclude my spouse details in my application forms?

Please answer my queries.

Cooperation with your family members and even relatives whether or not they are accompanying is the key to the successful immigration.

Good family relationship is key to family stability.

Cordially yours,

Hi Priya,

Yes, you can apply for yourself and your children for the PR. but, you would have to declare your husband in the PR application and he would have to undergo the medicals as a family member, whether he is accompanying you or not. Even though, right now, he may be reluctant to move to canada, in the future he may change his mind. Then, you can sponsor him. Replying to your second question, yes you would have to take the consent from your husband for immigration of your children.
