What is my possibility to re-apply from my country of origin? I been sent back home (country of origin) for the reason that I broke the rules. I get caught working without proper working permit. Immigration Canada sent me back home. According to the officer I will be able to re-apply after a year. Is it possible for me to re-apply and get the job in Canada as a foreign worker? Please reply. Thank you.

(in reply to: What is my possibility to re-apply from my co...) not until you finish paying the price for breaking the rules.
What you did was a serious offence and there is no way to get around the penalty.

(in reply to: What is my possibility to re-apply from my co...) Excluded for how many years? One or two?
It´s a slap on the wrist compared to a lifetime U.S ban on a Canadian woman caught working at a Niagara hotel.
Refer to your removal order and apply again.
All the best.
